Have you tried re-calculating your myfitnesspal? I do every couple weeks.
Yeah I usually try to do it every couple of weeks too. It actually had automatically adjusted for me when I hit the 10 lbs lost, and lowered my carbs from 349 to 304 (I don’t think I ever even got anywhere near 349 carbs though)

How many grams of carbs per day are you eating
I looked back over the past week and it’s been around 150 - 300. Every day I’ve been in the green according to myfitnesspal, which says I can have around 304.

I have absolutely no idea what’s going on. Once again I was under my calorie goals, and I drank around 4 liters of water. I can’t figure out why I keep gaining weight instead of losing weight…

Drink more water. I know it is counterintuitive but it works
Yeah. Thing is I drank 5 liters yesterday… would drinking more really help?

I was really debating skipping the workout today, but decided to punch through and get it out of the way…
Man I’m glad I did too… Felt great the entire time. I don’t know why but running jogging seems to be coming easier to me this go around… Don’t have any pain in my calves anymore, and I can already tell a huge improvement in my endurance.
Only gonna get better…

Sorry to overload your dashboards with posts tonight, but today was a pretty crazy day…
Tomorrow work gets real… I get my own office… Right now I’m sharing the main room with one of my bosses, but tomorrow we’re doing some rearranging of our area, and they’re giving me our old storage closet (don’t let the fact that it’s a closet deter you… the room is HUGE) as an office. WE SO EXCITED!
Ok… I lied… this post will have some fitness news in it… Found a free C25K app that’s pretty good on my phone, so I started it back tonight. Previously I got about half-way before stopping, so I’m hoping to make it the full way this time.
Day 1 was pretty easy for me, so that seems to be a good sign…

Was meeting today when my phone started going crazy with email notifications… It got so bad that my bosses stopped and asked what was going on. Imagine my shock when I discovered it was 30 emails from tumblr notifying me of new people following my blog…

Just found out there’s a potential tuberculosis infection at my university. Never a dull day here…
Got to school this morning, and while walking to my classroom my pants almost fell completely off. I had to go to the last notch on my belt just to keep them up (was on the one before it).
What confuses me about this is the fact that it took me getting down into the low 320’s to do this last time… and I’m only at 339 now… around 15 lbs heavier. Not complaining though…
