C25K W5D1 done. The run was incredibly easy to me today. Everything seemed to click… my breathing was great, no pain from my calves, my arch pain went away… felt so good I managed to PR my mile (17 min flat). Even managed to run the 5 minute interval two extra times. If only every run were like this…

I started feeling crummy around Wednesday. Started having the chills, fatigue, stuffy nose, and sore throat. I’m feeling a lot better than I was yesterday, though I am still a tad clammy… Even managed to come in to work, even if it was an hour and a half late… (NyQuil apparently knocks me flat on my tail… 11 hours of straight sleep…)
Though I do fell better, I’m still probably going to postpone today’s run and get some more rest tonight. Hopefully by tomorrow...

Apparently I am losing fat though, because my belt is having trouble keeping my pants up, and I’m on the last notch… (was on to second to last notch when I started). I just need to not put as much focus on a number, and instead focus on the accomplishments like my running and the belt…
